I highly recommend using LilToon shader for the picture result. All the material is already preset but I also give all the texture if you want to use it on another shader.

This asset is made on the 1.2v of the Kepler please consider any clipping.

All the textures have been made in 2K but you can reduce the quality for better optimization.

Do not redistribute the content on the internet.

You are free to change the texture or the 3D Mesh.

LilToon toon has been used for the shader of the current picture. (Free Download version)

For the hat sadly I didn't have a solution for the hair so what you can do is a custom animation for the bones hair and make it shrink to 0 on the scale to not see the clipping.
